Currently we are studying Still Life in art. The work of art we are focusing on is "Still Life With Apples" by Paul Cézanne. Children are learning about perspective, artful design and the 4 most common 3D geometric shapes.

This is just beautiful and I LOVE the picture you post. It's amazing to me the detail, but seen very close, so much of the picture disappears. Remember the movie "Clueless" when she calls something a Monet? Beautiful from a distance.
